Description: The GF-NCU-V1 is a powerful Network Control Unit developed to manage and coordinate multiple solar tracker controllers within a large-scale solar farm. Acting as the central intelligence of the system, it enables seamless communication between tracker controllers, SCADA, and cloud platforms, providing centralized monitoring and control. With support for Ethernet, RS485, and wireless communication protocols, the GF-NCU-V1 ensures flexible integration into diverse PV projects. It offers features such as remote configuration, data logging, performance analytics, and real-time alarms, helping operators maximize system uptime and efficiency. Product Description
1. Wind monitoring function: NCU contains a wind speed & direction sensor, which can monitor the real-time weather information of the power station;2. Self-protection function: when the NCU detects extreme weather such as strong wind and heavy snow(snow sensor needed), it can automatically broadcast control instructions to TCUs to adjust the angle, thereby ensuring the safety of the PV module;
3. Diagnostic function: NCU can directly read the status and data of the TCU, monitor the real-time status of the TCU, and report malfunctions immediately;
4. Remote control function: NCU can coordinate with the cloud monitoring platform to achieve the remote control of TCU from PC. Any SINGLE TCU can be remotely controlled;
5. Synchronizing time & location function: NCU has a GPS sensor and supports automatic time and location synchronization for all connected TCUs.
