GF Solar Tracker Controller Passes Low-Temperature Test

DC Tracker Control Unit Low-Temperature

Performance Test

Verifying TCU device stability at -40°C extreme conditions

Test Overview

Test Purpose

Verify whether the TCU device functions normally after low-temperature treatment

Testing Standards

GB/T 29320-2024 Chapter 16, Section 16.1 "Low-Temperature Test"

Test Sample

Tracking Control Unit (TCU) GF-S-TCU-V1.0 (1 set)

Test Date

July 9, 2025

Test Location

No. 2 Courtyard, Southeast Corner of Dehui Street and Wenjin North Road, Zheng'an Town, Zhongmu County, Zhengzhou, Henan

Environmental Conditions

Temperature: 35.3℃ | Humidity: 52% RH | Weather: Sunny

Test Methods and Procedures

Test Equipment

High-Low Temperature Test Chamber

Test Procedure Steps

  1. Place the non-powered TCU into the High-Low Temperature Test Chamber, set to -40℃
  2. Store at -40℃ for 16 hours
  3. Gradually warm the chamber to -25℃ at a rate not exceeding 1℃/min, then maintain for 2 hours
  4. Power on and operate for 2 hours, recording system status
  5. Operate at room temperature for 2 hours
  6. Test in both automatic and manual modes, recording system status

Test Results and Conclusions

Test Requirements TCU must be shut down and stored at -40℃ for 16 hours, then warmed up to -25℃, and removed after 2 hours for room temperature testing
Test Content Various operating mode tests and parameter settings Tracking function Control function Protection and storage function Communication and synchronization function Tracking range and accuracy Drive unit
