High-Low Temperature Test Chamber
Test Procedure Steps
- Place the non-powered TCU into the High-Low Temperature Test Chamber, set to -40℃
- Store at -40℃ for 16 hours
- Gradually warm the chamber to -25℃ at a rate not exceeding 1℃/min, then maintain for 2 hours
- Power on and operate for 2 hours, recording system status
- Operate at room temperature for 2 hours
- Test in both automatic and manual modes, recording system status
